These terms govern your use of the Let's Organized application and website ("the Software"). By downloading or using the Software, you agree to them.

License

Let's Organized is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software on your devices. The Software is proprietary — it is not open source. You may not sell, redistribute, rent, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from it without written permission.

Your content

You own all the projects, tasks, notes and other content you create. The Software stores it locally on your device; you are responsible for your own backups.

Acceptable use

The Software can open your local folders and launch tools installed on your computer (git, editors, terminals). You are responsible for how you use these capabilities and for the projects you manage.

No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author and DNP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Software. Since the Software is free, our total liability is limited to zero. Keep backups of important data.

Updates

The Software may check for and offer updates. New versions may add, change, or remove features.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; the current version will always be posted on this page.
